- Raw material: Cavendish bananas abundantly grown in Dong Nai, Tien Giang, Dak Lak, certified GlobalGAP & VietGAP.
- Production process: Naturally ripened bananas (90–95% yellow), sliced lengthwise 4–6mm or whole curved, low-temperature drying at 55–65°C for 14–18 hours → retains bright golden color, soft & chewy texture, natural aroma.
- Popular types: – Long slices (soft banana chips) – Whole curved banana – Round coins (soft banana coins)
- Size: Slices 3–7mm thick, 4–12cm long; whole fruit 10–18cm.
- Brix level suitable for production: 38–48°Bx (natural sweetness, no added sugar or only 2–5% sugar upon request).
- Export packing: – PE + foil bag 10–20kg/carton – Or retail packs 100g–1kg – 3–5 ply cartons with pallets & corner protection
- Loading capacity per 20ft container: 14–16 tons (depending on packing).
- Full export certificates: FDA, Halal, BRC/IFS, ISO 22000, Phytosanitary Certificate, C/O Form E/A/AK/AANZ, Health Certificate, Fumigation (if required).
